Meet Teri

Teri Mosey is an international speaker, health and wellness consultant, and author of The Hidden Messages in Food. With over 25 years of experience, her work bridges science and holistic wisdom to support whole-person health.

Teri’s journey began in biochemistry and exercise physiology, with early work in immunological and neurological research at Mount Sinai and North Shore University Hospitals. Over time, her path expanded beyond the laboratory to include holistic nutrition, culinary arts, and Eastern healing traditions—leading her to earn a doctorate in holistic nutrition and train as a health-supportive chef.

She now shares her integrative approach through speaking engagements, retreats, consulting, and coaching experiences around the world, working with organizations such as Apple Inc., IDEA Health & Fitness Association, Fitness Innovations Thailand, Canadian Fitness Pro Events, Golden Door Spa, and Hofstra University. Her work explores everything from brain health and hormones to mindfulness, seasonal eating, and why true healing requires a whole-being perspective.

At the heart of Teri’s work is a deep belief that we each have the ability to co-create our health and our lives. Her mission is to guide others in reconnecting with their innate capacity for healing, awareness, and meaningful change.
